Beading Culture – Refund and Return Policy

In-Store and Online Purchases

Beading Culture accepts eligible returns within 14 days of receiving your purchase, provided you have a valid receipt.

Eligible returns will be issued as an exchange or store credit. Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

• Sale or clearance items

• Cut items, including leather, chain, banding, cord, and similar materials

• Broken strands

• Special-order items

• Gift cards

Please ensure your items meet the return requirements before sending them back.

Returning Items by Mail

When mailing your return, please include the packing slip indicating which items you are returning and the reason forthe return. Failure to include the packing slip may result in processing delays.

Please securely package your items in a sturdy cardboard box or padded envelope to help prevent damage during shipping. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
